Father Deacon Robert was born and raised her on Long Island, and is the oldest of four boys. Deacon Robert was raised as a member of the Roman Catholic church. He was introduced to the Byzantine Catholic faith by his girlfriend and future wife Lisa, and felt spiritually at home here. Fr Deacon Robert has been a member of the Resurrection parish for 40 years, he and Lisa were married here, he has been catechist and teen group moderator for over 20 years. He and Lisa have three children, and two grandchildren.

Fr Deacon Robert entered Deaconal formation in 2015, and was ordained to the Deaconate January 25th 2020.
